Talking my healthy tea

Ok i did a healthy tea tonight and it was sooo yummy i am gunna share it with you.

I cooked home made meatballs with a chillie tomato passta on a low fat egg noodle base.

tomato passta
You will need.
one blender
1 tin of plum toms
3 cloves of garlic
3 shakes of sea salt/or a really good pinch
5 tbl spoons of tom puree
1 drop of nando`s extra hot peri peri sause(or 2 if ur really brave)
1/2 t spoon dried ginger
2 tbl spoons mixed herbs dried or fresh
3 grinds of mixed black pepper corns/or about 1 leavel t spoon to taste.

meatballs
I used pork but you can use beef, turkey or lamb.

low fat egg noodles..

Ok because its low fat the only oil i used was a low and light olive oil
Take your mince meat roll into balls untill tight... heat oil in wok and gentely fry till cooked thru and lighty browned (make sure ur meat balls are cooked all the way thru)

Mix all of the passta ingerediants together in the blender, blend till u get a semi thick sauce, to thicken a little more use tom puree dont be shy as it all gets mixed in any hows,
put in a pan 2 warm slowly

Heat ur water in a pan and cook ur egg noodles 4 mins when cooked, drain and cover.

Once the meat balls are cooked thru empty all oil out of the wok and add passta . cook till bubbling hot 5 to 10 mins will be plenty.
Then to serve
Place egg noodles on a large plate and pour over meatballs and sauce, and eat whilst hot.

Serving as many or as little people as you like. xxx enjoy i did.
