i am under stress and dont know wot 2 do, i have just started a new job after being out of work for 5 months, i care 4 my elderly diabetic mum who is getting very confused, my uncle is appearing in court in may 4 abusing me as a child, and i have 2 appear as a witness, i have a large debt due 2 being out of work, my hair is falling out due 2 the stress, on top of all that i am being treated 4 an underactive thyroid and depression which is making me tired and weepy, i dont know which way is up, and i need help
