Also, and this annoys me no end, they exploited a loophole by only going into administration towards the end of last season at a time when they knew they were going to be relegated as that meant the 10 point deduction for that offence would be applied last season which was no punishment whatsoever considering they were down already.
I don't have any problem with them appealing the 15 point deduction but rules are rules at the end of the day and if an independent tribunal isn't going to rule in their favour then for me that totally vindicates the decision of the Football League to deduct the points.

nooo they tried 3 times to do it but it was rejected, untill they said lets take it to court... it was those with power that what strung it out not the club.
And the rule was made just after they took the points not b4... so what rule was broken at the time.?
