i think it would be helpful to have assistants in the newbies room to help people feel comfortable, i know we have monitors but they only really step in if someone is out of order, i think it would be good to have someone to help draw people in to the chat, some monopolise the conversation, and that can be intimidating for a new person, what do others think ?
