when a certain time has elasped for instance talkin to some 1 for a week or a month or a year rather than a total ban why not punish them by a minor ban if they in fringe the rules again then a premanent ban or what ever u decide to do

Tony I have a gut feeling that the admins and hosts know more than
we do. Don't forget they see everything. We only see the tail end.
So what ever decisions they take, I am sure they are made wisely.
