Too right Shaz, i still have me doubts about me swapper though, i wont believe it till ive signed my tenancy over, im only moving prob about a mile away, ( not even that) but im downsizing and it isnt on an estate, and its closer to little un's school i want her to go in sept, i have everything crossed here, thanks Shaz xxxx
