Just found out i have not got the promoted post i applied for.I am well gutted,what makes it worse is that i really thought the job was mine and i treated the guys i now have to work with like s""t.
They are quite a crazy bunch and i think i could be in for quite a hard time from them,any ideas how i could sort this out would be welcome.
