Smile chivalry

is it considered outdated now to expect guys to be gentlemen, i mean, i like it when a guy opens a door for me , or pulls out a chair, but my friends say we are all equal, we should,nt let guys do that. what do others think ?

I agree with you... a woman behaves like a woman when shes with a real man.

Im a big fan in that i have my role as a woman and men shud be men , i dont need there role too.... I am equal to a man just in a different way.

However if a man steps a way from his role then the woman can fill in,and do the stuff she was doing in the first place (ie.. single mums been both mum and dad)

We had this sort of question in shud man pay 4 dinner... yes i like to be treated like a lady although i dont allways act like one..

SHUD the question be... do men know how to be a man, and do wimen know how to except it and let the men hold the door and say thank you for doing so and not oi i wud have done that 4 my self.

It takes 2 roles to have chivalry... most people dont no the meaning of it.

I have two boys and they are courteous to women, ladies, girls... They know that a gentleman can get more respect than a jerk. This doesn't mean that if a female was to start beating on them that they shouldn't defend themselves. Life is much nicer when we respect each other and during a time when men were men and women were ladies.

I believe that men and women are created equal. I also believe that if the man cherishes his woman and takes her advice under consideration, she will allow him to be the head of household.

I think chivalry is a good thing. It's not the same as being chauvanistic. Men and women should respect one another. There are some things men do better and some things women do better so we're supposed to be a team.
