Well today Ive done really well, ive stuck to the diet like glue, so all being well a good start to the week, i know the week to some ppl is on a monday, but with me getting weighed on a Thursday at Weight Watchers, Friday is the beginning of the week for me lol

Well I started back on my diet yesterday, and I was really pleased wiv myself, I did really well, I thought i would have been harder to do wiv all the junk I ate after xmas, but it wasnt, the hardest thing to do is getting into the habit of eating brekkie again, but I will get there, hope everyone else is getting on ok xxxxx

Well Christmas is well and truly over, it went to quick, its new years day today and wot a boring day ive had, didnt go to bed till 2.30 this morning and im knackered, will be having 40 winks later pmsl
