Life is funny....

A co-worker's youngest had gotten into a little trouble at school (too many lates to classes I think) and he was to have afterschool detention. After a couple of days that he wasn't in the detention room, the teacher decided to catch him at his bus. He didn't show. Bus driver stated he hasn't been on the bus for the last two days. The teacher went looking for him. How ingeneous was this 11 year old that he was hiding as a track team member!! He had been staying afterschool so his mom wouldn't know that he wasn't in detention and the afterschool bus would take him home. He was able convince the coach he was on the team! Of course he is in more trouble than when he started but isn't it funny she was telling me about this before she knew my youngest is on his track team from a different schools. I asked her today before I found out the meet was cancelled if she wanted me to look for her son at the meet! lol
