[COLOR="Magenta"]I want to go to sleep but dont think its a good idea for when I am not concentrating on my breathing I dont seem to be able to do it lol..............for now I will appease myself by watching Jeremy Kyle, listening to Pete snore as he has been up all night watching me to make sure i'm ok.......if u asked him he would say he hasnt but its not true which is why he is all sleepy weepy now!! I am s'posed to be at a hospital appointment in 20 mins but I cant go outside its too too cold and if I cant breathe indoors then I have sod all chance outdoors lol......... :s:[/COLOR]

[COLOR="Magenta"]Went outside and watched a few pretty bangs and sparkles was lovely, couldnt stay out as long as I would have liked cos the cold air knackers my chest at the best of times but right now whilst elephants are raising their families and carrying out line dancing practice on my chest its even worse. I have a chest infection............well it was only a matter of time as winter arrives so do my ailments lol........ but if I could give anything away it would definitely be my asthma........its no fun!!. We are all nice and cosy in our bungalow this winter though, which is a relief cos last year was horrible, our heating was crap as was our landlord!! We were both sleeping in layer upon layer, this year we will at least be nice and warm..........if I keep on I will never have anything to add to this cos I will have told you everything hehe so bye for now....................tbc........... :bird::bird:[/COLOR]
