Ok I took the bull by the horns so to speak and have visited a few different chat sites. I have to say I didn't like a single one of them. Moderators either dont exist or are unable to do their job and rules appear virtualy non-existant. Some even fail to have a reporting procedure for abusive or theatening users. There are a few people who hate the rules but they are necassary for everyones protection and it's not till you sample a room without you actually take that on board. So thanks but no...
