sleep anyone???

[COLOR="Magenta"]ok..............definitely going thru a bad patch again with the old sleep thing, i like sleep but it sure dont like me. I am shattered, my back hurts, my legs ache but try as I mite I just cant settle. Isnt it always the case mind u that when u have 2 be up really early u cant sleep and seem 2 nod off abt half an hour before the alarm goes off, then u end up wishing u had just stayed up and done with it cos u feel worse for that 30 mins sleep!!! I wish i liked coffee tho cos this meeting is bound to bore me 2 tears and how embarassed am i gonna be if i fall asleep and start to snore in front of everyone???!!!!!!!! I feel zombified but dunno how 2 get me sleep, sheep aint helping, vodka aint done it and even adding a wee bit extra morphine to my nightime meds aint done it so im buggered if i know what 2 try next pmsl................any suggestions???:sheep::coffee::dontknow::shot:[/COLOR]
