the wedding toast

my daughter was a bridesmaid at my brothers wedding it was agreat day loads of laugh a few tears it come to the toasting the bride and groom
they ask the kids what drink they would like for the toast it went quiet and then my daughter shouted i don t want any toast i have just had a big dinner
we laughed about it for weeks i still remind her about it because her daughter my granddaughter is so like her

i had just got over the flu my daughter came to see how i was feeling
my granddaughter give me a cuddle she was 3 at the time she sat on my knee
and said nanna have some of my chocolate so i said thankyou my little angel
i ate it so she gave me some more i said to her you eat it now its yours
but i want you to eat it for me why i said in which she replied i want you
to get fat i dont want to be fat i said yes you do then you can have a baby
that not how you get babies yes it is she said katy had some of my
chocolate and now she got a baby katy his my daughters friend
any way when we finaly stopped laughing i asked her why are you giving
grandad your chocolate he cant have babies nanna im not thick
hes just fat anyway she said god that was it i wet myself i laughed
that much i was in agony kids eh you just gotta love them
