Never a truer word spoken in jest eh Pete.... Personally I don't see that it's any different meeting someone off the nett as in the pub; you still have to get to know one another. Personally I think "love" overrated, friendships much harder to form and is often longer-lasting.lol.

aww sky, love isnt overrated, love is the best thing in the world, maybe people just profess their love to one another to easily these days??!! True love is well worth waiting for and is something you definitely know when u have found. To meet someone and be "going out" means you have affection for each other but that is sooooo different to love. Love is what makes you smile even through the bad and the sad times, love is what makes you try that bit harder, love is when u know u make someone elses life that bit better and they do yours and without each other that little extra sparkle you have made would be gone............. omg feel sick myself now, but hey guess i'm still in love even now we have passed 5 years lol........... I do agree tho, wherever you meet someone you still have to get to know them properly before u jump into anything whether its the net, the pub a dating agency etc.......... I met pete in a nightclub and we swapped numbers but obviously we knew nothing abt each other til we started to spend time together and spent hours and hours on the phone, talking to someone is the best way to get to know them no matter how u do it,phone, net, in person.........but of course u never truly know a person until u start to spend time together.
