I still intend to become a non smoker but it needs to be at a time thats right for me and given everything thats been going on in ur life lately with the house and family stuff you wont be ready for a bit so just wait until the time is right !!!

Ta shaz, i just couldnt go on without a cig, i really felt like i was going through cold turkey, my mum smokes too and i visit her most days, bless her she opened windows and only had 2 whilst i was there, but your prob right i have had a few issues so gonna try again in a few months, next time i will be using patches and that plastic thing you inhale on, lol,
ps. no fella as yet, thing is i dont want a relationship i have far too much going on at the minute, but a bit of weekend loving wouldnt go a miss, i need a FB a girl has needs ya know lololol

You fanny, thats the signs of withdrawal,it means it was coming out of your body, its the cigs that makes u feel that way the very fact it was high lighted when there was little in your system, shows how stressed you are, if you stop and stay stop for 2 weeks this time you will notice how much your stress levels will go down.

Depressed people smoke i once herd and for all the years i smoked i all ways said it was bollox, but now i handle life so much better and i dont need 20 fags to work out a drama, and my house smells so much better and the paint work still looks white.

Im ready to go out so much quicker as well, its not just after this fag any more, the only fooking pain in the arse i have with fags now is the fact dave still smokes but he go`s out side away from the house as i dont want my hall way stinking. lol (hes just after this fag and i wanna batter him)

If you do it again keep a dairy a week b4 and for the weeks after and then you can read how much calmer you have become, no matter what life dish`s up. That it self will encorge you thru the bad mental am gunna kill some one moments. lol xx

I dont think you will ever be a none smoker, you love it to much and you smoke to many fags.

What teeth whitener do u use,u all ways have white teeth. lol
