how long should you wait before having sex?

This for me is the age old question!!!

When i first met dave as a partner in mind, i invited him up 4 coffee , then again 2 weeks later, but on that 2nd time he styed the night, i had seen him every day in between but just in a cafe with mates rather than at the house... and not on a one 2 one..i had none him scince i was 17 as well and i was 30... so he wernt a stranger to me.

But how long shud a girl hold back for...???

One of those difficult ones again as it varies so much from person to person.

If we listened to our mother's we'd never have sex until after we were married !!!

I never have felt that sex on the first date is the best way to start a relationship because I felt this would give my boyfriend the wrong impression that I was an easy lay and slept around. Yet having said that there are those who have and their relationship went from strength to strength and ended up marrying.

You need to get to know the person first THEN worry about sex. As for how long that 'delay' should be is so very individual and a combination of many things such as how often you see each other and what you do during those times together i.e. going for meals, walks down the coast, sharing a hobby etc. Some folk can get to know each other very quickly and feel ready very soon - others can take literally weeks or even months especially if they've had bad experiences in the past and need time to build up trust and feeling comfortable with each other first.

when you really get to know that persons motives i would say
if you both want a shag go for it but use protection (a bus shelter if your in yorkshire)
but if you want more youd better make sure they do before you give it away

I would say one to two months. I apply the dimonds on the doorstep rule.I.e. if you put diamonds on there doorstep every day , it will go unnoticed in time because its always there . But if they are only there with time it makes it more special that the owner has made an effort towards it .
