Patient asks nurse a question

A male patient is laying in a hospital bed, with an oxygen mask on his face.
A young student nurse is washing the patients torso.

The man says:
"Nurse are my testicles black?" The nurse, taken aback replies:
"I don't know, I am just here to sponge your upper body".

Again, and a little upset, the patient asks:
" Please nurse, are my testicles black?" Worried about the patients condition, blood pressure, she carefully lifts up his gown and gently examines his private parts and answers reasurringly:
"No, your testicles look and feel fine to me" she says with a smile.

The patient manages to pull the oxygen mask up and says:
"That was lovely nurse, but I'll say this slowly.............ARE MY TEST RESULTS BACK?"
