Punishing kids what do you do?

it works on t.v. only
thats because of special affects
the best way to punish a child is a smack on the hand when theyre younger
and sending them to their room
and when theyre older dont allow them into their room and hold their hand in front of their mates

Its a place you make a child sit until they have either calmed down or realised what they did was wrong....i think

brad gets a smacked bum everynow and then but no to the extreme were he is marked. i dont think sedning a child to there room is a punishment anymore not with all the toys and playstaions they got in there. brad is made to sit on the step and he hates it he is good for the rest of the day after that

locking him in the cupboard under the stairs works as well but i cant do that when people are here

the incessant banging does get on your wick after a while
and having to drag the kid out the cupboard with its forehead bleeding
