Agree too - the only exceptions I would cite are those who kill another in self-defence, kill another to protect their family or to protect others from being killed.

Cold bloodied murder is what warrents the death penalty returning.

All that would happen would be them pleading insanity and murdering while in a disturbed state and they would get away with it too because of the spineless enforcers that are called "the criminal justice board". Just look at the likes of Brady and Hindly as examples, act mad and what do you get? Certainly not a noose around yr neck but a lifetimes comfort paid for by us tax payers that's what. Makes me sick as other countries don't let crims get away with it, Britain is too soft!!!!!

saves on prison overcrowding
saves on feeding them too
and lets face it you cant really reform a criminal
a leopard cant change its spots
and it would be jolly good fun at the weekends to take the family to see a public execution
ok they might get a few wrong and hang an innocent person now and again
but we all make mistakes now and again
as long as we get 80 percent right in my book were onto a winner
