15 points!!!

Tonight at 5pm leeds will find out if they get there 15 points back.

From the feeling of loads of leeds fans that carnt eat sleep focus or even be botherd to talk whilst waiting 4 the news... i wish you all the best.

If they get them back, i think it will cause aggro among the teams that have worked hard for their points and then end up losing places in table to leeds.

I have nothing against Leeds but they broke the rules and they deserve there 15 point deduction like other clubs have.

leeds made it to the play offs from minus 15 points so if any team worked hard it was them... if they get them back or not the played well do get thus far..... as 4 the other teams... pufff say no more pmsl

They had 25 points taken from them... Every other team has had 10 taken...So they then made the rule after taking a further 15 points not b4 ... So how can u say they broke the rules, when there wasnt any rule and there was no guild lines in the first place.

Well I don't know the ins and outs of what Leeds have done to deserve the points deduction but the official line is that "The penalty was a punishment for breaking competition insolvency rules". So it would seem that basically they've broken some rule or other and as a result should accept the consequences of any punishment. Does anyone seriously think that the 15 points were deducted just for the sheer fun of it?

Also, and this annoys me no end, they exploited a loophole by only going into administration towards the end of last season at a time when they knew they were going to be relegated as that meant the 10 point deduction for that offence would be applied last season which was no punishment whatsoever considering they were down already.

I don't have any problem with them appealing the 15 point deduction but rules are rules at the end of the day and if an independent tribunal isn't going to rule in their favour then for me that totally vindicates the decision of the Football League to deduct the points.

nooo they tried 3 times to do it but it was rejected, untill they said lets take it to court... it was those with power that what strung it out not the club.
And the rule was made just after they took the points not b4... so what rule was broken at the time.?
