ok, so our tickets are booked the coach is booked,some poor member is going down to elland road one night(wont say when)to collect all the pre booked tickets. I hope hes got a warm sleeping bag and some ear plugs, cause from i can gather its gunna be a busy night.
Because we carnt get a baby sitter we have to take the kidz with us.. 300 quid to get in and to get to wembely. But what can i say its leeds and there gunna win, so its well worth it.
How many other leeds fans that use the forums are going??

Last night dave went and got in a que with loads of other leeds fans 4 wembely tickets at around 6 am this morning there was a massive surge of people and que jumpers then all hell broke loose i have copyed some of the storys of what happend to day.

I was caught in the middle of the crush. This was disturbing and scary, it was absolutely awful. I'm sorry a ticket isn't worth it, how somebody has not been seriously injured I will never know.

Happened about 12:40, we were in the middle and the Police were letting people through 2 at a time, ridiculous. As the gate opened, some tossers charged from the back towards the gate, the Police slammed the gate shut and pushed forward, consequently us in the middle were all crushed together, the pressure was unbelievable and I was literally forced up into the air. I looked around and the looks of distress on peoples faces were horrifying, luckily the fans had managed to get most of the women and children out of the way, but obviously some were left in the middle.

This was a awful situation, and people should lose their jobs. Harvey, you got it wrong again, and the Police by keeping the gates closed were seriously endangering people, can't believe the events.

Furious at the lack of care shown to people, as the Police watched people collapse around us.

Ugly scenes erupted at Leeds United after furious fans pleaded "stop treating us like animals".

Children were sick, people fainted and others were pulled from the queues to safety as hundreds were kept in a pen before being let out in groups of ten to join the final queue at the ticket office.

Many were also dehydrated as they could not leave the queue for drinks near the enclosure where fans were chanting "let us out".

Many complained of a complete lack of organisation at the club, claiming there were no stewards at the ground when supporters started to queue yesterday afternoon.

Although the night went safely with many fans partying and dancing, this morning a surge of newcomers surged to the front once official queues began.

This has meant that many that were at the ground last night have been pushed to the back of the queue.

Tensions climaxed at around 1pm. Police entered the queue to break up the crush, effectively calming the situation by 2pm.

Darren Gallacher, 40, had travelled all the way up from Oxford yesterday but had to step out of the queue after 12-year-old son Deon was crushed in this morning's surge.

"It was 6am this morning and a steward said pack up, get in the queue but then everyone who came late surged forward. My son was crushed and started being sick.

"We set off from Oxford yesterday afternoon and now I am separated from friends who are in the other queue."

Just got back an hour ago - but i've got to admit that by 1pm i was less concerned about getting my tickets and more concerned about simply surviving! Even i found it difficult to breathe in the car park queue and i am a big bloke - God knows what the women and children were going through. I was in pysical pain toward the end due to the constant crushing and was on the verge of dehydration.

The young police officers there did not have a clue what they were doing - saying that, i really doubt if the the sergent did either. They seemed INTENT on causing a riot, rather than protecting the fans. As i was being pushed into a copper, he grabbed me by the throat and started screaming at me to stop pushing and started strangling me, literally. WTF was i supposed to do as i was at the FRONT being pushed by hundreds of fans surging forward?

It was the most uncomfortable situation i have been in for some years, and certainly raises questions about West Yorkshire Police's Logic.

I would go so far as to say i was genuinley scared for mine and other peoples safety.
...and as a number of fans rightly pointed out, it brought back terrifying memories of Hillsboro'.

It was that serious.

PMSL !!! i thought it was just a general footie thread tbh at the time i had paul in me ear hole sending me deaf whooopin all over the shop because hed won a bet down the pub that his team would win , and i was in here at the time so i just put it in a footie thread that they had won

These surges are quite common down south.

It usually happens around Feb 14th when 1000s of screaming woman are trying to get to my letterbox.

You would have thought this may have died down by now.
