Earthquake..

At 4:39 to 4:41am, I was awakened to a 5.4 earthquake! So far everything's is okay but will have to wait for the sun to come out to inspect the roof and chimney. I have posted to my blog to record the event.

I wonder about other countries and what their earthquakes are like.

im in the uk so don't really get any here. not big enough to wake me up anyway lol..hope your roof is ok.

we had one in the north west a few months ago 6 on r scale..... UK do get them but not really bad ones thank god. Hope your house is OK?

omg i couldnt cope in a real earthquake , every one will save themselves while im stood there trying to save my pc lol , hope ya ok hun !

omfgg... we had an earthquake not so long ago, or is it cause u soft sotherners didnt feel it , it didnt happend!!!.
Its bloody scarey i tell ya, and yes i thought my windows were gunnna fall out... im shocked that you all went if we had one were ffs.

Im like omg, i was a woken last night, with a very loud grumbling noise, my bed was shaking and my radiator was ratting.
I will be honest i shat my self... i woke dave up in a panic, this was his reply what", i told him what i felt, and cause i was still half a sleep, i asked if he wud check down stars to make sure no one was in the house... alls i got was "go back to sleep b4 u wake the whole house up then"he rolled over and started snoring.....I proppa shat my self , got outta bed looked out the window, nothing, leah came came in the room crying cause she was scared, so i sent her back to bed and told her to leave a light on.
And the rest of the night i laid there wondering if it was a quake or a plain crash.(it woke the birds up as well so they didnt stop twittering) but my dog slept thru it.....
I didnt no what happend till shazza rang me at 9.30 to say did the earth move 4 ya... i was omg how did u no?. derrrr its on the news.
It started 8 miles from my house.im glad were not a built up area.
Im moving..and it wont be to ludford, were it started....vinnie has survied floods, and now an earthquake. omg,
